More recently, she completed an online certification program in Geographic Information Systems through Austin Community College in Austin, Texas. Gereda began assisting EPCAMR in April 2025 as a part-time intern. She then had an opportunity to serve full time at the local nonprofit for a six-month stint as an AmeriCorps member.<\/p>\n<p>During that time, Gereda became certified as a North Atlantic Aquatic Connectivity Collaborative (NAACC) Level 1 coordinator. After the Reading &amp; Northern Railroad was formed in December 1990, he transitioned to coal traffic manager and real estate manager. In 2007, Raffa accepted an ownership position with Lehigh Railway and Luzerne &amp; Susquehanna Railway. In 2020, after the sale of those rail lines to R.J. Corman, Raffa returned to the railroad to manage the petrochemical and minerals accounts, including the natural gas and Marcellus shale business. He was named executive vice president of marketing and sales last year. In addition to the petrochemical and mineral business, Raffa assumed management of the railroad\u2019s industrial development department.<\/p>\n<p>Raffa has over 35 years of railroad experience, specializing in business development, project management, marketing and operations. He was born and raised in Schuylkill County and has a passion for railroads, especially around his hometown of Schuylkill Haven. Raffa graduated from Penn State University in 1988 and has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a minor in secondary education. In addition, the board welcomed attorney John Hanrahan as a new board member.<\/p>\n<p>Rink is a lifelong collaborator with the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, educated at IHM schools and inspired by their mission of service. A graduate of Marywood University, she devoted 43 years to St. Joseph\u2019s Center, rising from early intervention teacher to administrator of community services and leading major program growth for children and adults with disabilities. Widely recognized for her leadership and service, Rink remains active in community organizations. She has worked with the foundation board for several years, playing major roles in organizing the annual Sisters Celebration event.<\/p>\n<p>Witkowski brings more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services, insurance and business development. He currently serves as partner and chief relationship officer at Group Capital LLC and Presidio Insurance LLC, where he leads sales and client service operations across multiple states. Witkowski has a strong record of community service and board leadership, including roles with the Greater Pittston YMCA, Wyoming Valley Montessori School, and several regional arts and educational organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Barrett is assistant vice president and trust officer at Fidelity Bank Wealth Management in Dunmore, where she specializes in investment account administration, retirement planning, and trusts and estates. She brings 25 years of legal experience from private practice and holds degrees from Rutgers University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Barrett is active in professional and community service, serving as president of the board of the Lackawanna County Bar Association and as a board member of the Lackawanna County Industrial Development Authority. She also volunteers with Friends of the Poor and Lackawanna Pro Bono.<\/p>\n<p>Sister Cor Immaculatum is a retired professor of art at Marywood University, where she served the Department of Art for 30 years and chaired the graduate and undergraduate programs for 14 years. She holds advanced degrees in fine arts and counseling from Syracuse University, the University of Notre Dame and Marywood University. Since retiring from full-time teaching, Sister Cor Immaculatum has stayed active. She remains engaged in creative art and is noted for the many beautiful life-size bronze sculptures she has created. She happily serves the foundation board, her congregation and the mission of the IHM Sisters.<\/p>\n<p>A senior attorney with Brock &amp; Scott PLLC, Hanrahan\u2019s law career spans more than three decades. He has led his own practice, served as partner and associate in multiple firms, and argued cases before the Maryland and District of Columbia courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Pennsylvania Ave. She has more than 35 years of experience in retail pharmacy, most recently at CVS pharmacies throughout the area. Mucciolo will lead the development, implementation and sustainability of pharmacy services at the Wright Center\u2019s health centers and will oversee, direct and supervise all pharmacy activities.<\/p>\n<p>Joining her are pharmacists Michael Mucciolo, who also has more than 35 years of experience in retail pharmacies, most recently at Rite Aid in Old Forge; and Brianna Galvin-Bayo, who has five years of experience in retail pharmacy, most recently at Albert\u2019s Pharmacy in Pittston.<\/p>\n<p>The 1,400-square-foot pharmacy is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and will be open to patients of the Wright Center as well as members of the surrounding communities.
