The space that housed the casual bar-restaurant Bar Louie for more than a decade has been vacant since the business <a href=\"https:\/\/sauconsource.com\/2025\/09\/01\/restaurant-at-promenade-abruptly-closes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">closed its doors last September<\/a>. What type of business would you like to see open in its place?<\/p>\n<p>The Bar Louie suite is in a highly visible location within the shopping center. Located next to Barnes &amp; Noble, it is also close to other popular eateries including Torre, Melt, Kome and the recently-opened Barley Creek Brewing Company.<\/p>\n<p>Promenade Saucon Valley is an outdoor lifestyle and shopping center featuring more than 65 stores, restaurants and other businesses. <a href=\"https:\/\/sauconsource.com\/2026\/04\/04\/sephora-opens-at-promenade\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sephora recently opened a store there<\/a> and anchor tenants include Fresh Market, LL Bean and the AMC Center Valley 16 movie theater.
