Highlights include the Rose Gold Margarita, margherita flatbread, mushroom toast and dark chocolate fondue, along with other sips and bites. A fun way to check out everything Assembly has to offer is through its annual Skyline Soir\u00e9e, set for Friday, May 1, from 6 to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The event will feature a premium open bar with new cocktails like the Garden Party, Thyme After Thyme, and Peach Orchard Sour, alongside treats like lobster rolls, salmon cakes, and caviar, plus interactive stations and desserts. The evening will also feature live entertainment (including an electric violinist) plus, extras like a 360-degree photo booth, floral installations, Patr\u00f3n snow cones and take-home swag. Open through October, the venue offers daily entertainment including live music, DJs, Quizzo, Yappy Hours, and more, with a full schedule available online.<\/p>\n<p>Food-wise, crowds can find bites like burgers, sandwiches, tacos, pizzas, and shareable snacks like crab pretzels, birria egg rolls, wings and loaded fries.
