Guesto \t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n<p>James P. Guesto, 74, of Emmaus, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends, at home on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. He was the husband of Kristi A. (Gaumer) Guesto, with whom he shared nearly 33 years of marriage. Born in Wilkes Barre, he was the son of the late Pascal and Rita E. (Zampetti) Guesto. He was a member of St. Ann\u2019s Church, Emmaus. Before retiring in 2017, he worked as a sheet metal worker for 40 years at Apollo Metals, Bethlehem. James was a very caring and kind person, always smiling and being very sociable. He will be remembered for his love of sports, especially the Yankees, music, cars and collecting memorabilia, working outside and cooking, particularly cheeseburgers.<\/p>\n<p>\nSurvivors: wife Kristi; sister Marie Guesto and sister in law Maureen Guesto, both of Mountain Top; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph.<\/p>\n<p>\nMass of Christian Burial: 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 21 at St. Ann\u2019s Church, 415 S 6th St, Emmaus. A calling hour will begin at 10:00 AM.<\/p>\n<p>\nMemorials can be considered to St. Luke\u2019s Hospice, or Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors Inc., c\/o Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St., Allentown, PA 18102.
