The new coffee shop will occupy a renovated space that previously housed a Starbucks location on the ground floor of the Five 10 Flats apartment complex.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re excited to be joining the community,\u201d said Simon Saleh, Caffeena Coffee House\u2019s managing director.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are currently targeting a late summer opening, pending final inspections and final preparations.\u201d<\/p>\n
Caffeena Coffee House is a Yemeni coffee shop concept based out of Michigan and built around a \u201cmore elevated, luxury caf\u00e9 experience,\u201d Saleh said.<\/p>\n
The brand focuses on high-quality beans, traditional brewing methods and creating an atmosphere that feels \u201cintentionally different from a typical coffee shop,\u201d Saleh said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis location will be the first Yemeni coffee shop to open in Bethlehem, and it is proudly women-owned and operated,\u201d Saleh said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe space will feature thoughtfully designed areas, including private conference rooms and a multi-faith room open to all guests, along with a menu centered around premium coffee and signature drinks. Our goal is to create a place where people can meet, work, and connect in a comfortable and welcoming environment.\u201d<\/p>\n
