At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded April 9-16.<\/p>\n

2 critical violations<\/p>\n

Primanti Brothers, 5800 Millcreek Mall. (Sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the dishwasher; food was not held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below as required.) April 9.<\/p>\n

1 noncritical violation<\/p>\n

CVS, 124 Erie St. April 9.<\/p>\n
