Police are investigating after an early-morning shooting in Penn Hills, part of a violent stretch across the Pittsburgh area this weekend. <\/p>\n
Allegheny County dispatchers confirmed to KDKA Radio at least two people were injured in a shooting along Jefferson Road around 2:40 Monday morning.<\/p>\n
Their conditions are unknown, and police have not said what may have sparked the shooting. <\/p>\n
The incident is the latest in a violent 72-hour stretch across the Pittsburgh area. <\/p>\n
A 26-year-old woman, identified as Quinn Venay, was killed and two others wounded in Braddock early Saturday. <\/p>\n
In the Hill District, one man was killed and another shot in the leg, and in Homewood, two men were shot along North Dallas Avenue. <\/p>\n
