Larken Associates is set to welcome residents to its newest luxury rental property, a sprawling 420-unit complex outside Easton, Pennsylvania, and just over the New Jersey border.

The developer, which is based in Branchburg, said tours are now underway at its Trailside Village project in Forks Township. That comes with move-ins slated to begin May 1, the firm said, noting that the property has a mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments plus a central amenity clubhouse with a resident lounge, a game room, work pod rooms and a fully equipped fitness center with fixed and free weights.

The site at 200 Trailside Drive also has outdoor features such as a heated pool with a tanning ledge, a covered pavilion with lounge seating, a fireplace and a TV and community walking and biking trails, among others. Residents, meantime, will be steps from Trailside Village’s 25,000 square feet of on-site retail, office and medical space.

“We’re excited for our residents to see the meticulous design work and craftsmanship that went into bringing Trailside Village to life,” said David Gardner, CEO and president of Larken Associates. “We invite prospective residents to come tour the community and experience it for themselves. We look forward to welcoming our first residents in the coming weeks and watching Trailside Village become a place that truly brings people together.”
