BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General agents found a wanted fugitive from Northampton County hiding under blankets on a child\u2019s bed, according to a news release from the AG\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
Noel A. Tirado, 41, is in custody after the agents served a warrant at an acquaintance\u2019s home in Bethlehem, the AG\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n
The AG\u2019s office said Tirado was wearing a gun holster, and a loaded 9mm handgun was concealed in a nearby bedroom in a dresser drawer.<\/p>\n
He had warrants out of Lehigh, Northampton, and Monroe counties for escape, terroristic threats, and simple assault, according to the news release.<\/p>\n
According to the AG\u2019s office, Tirado is also charged with manufacturing and possession of child sexual abuse material. At arraignment, bail was set at $1 million cash.<\/p>\n
The Office of Attorney General\u2019s Child Predator Section discovered that Tirado had manufactured video recordings of a very young child known to him, according to the news release.<\/p>\n
The AG\u2019s office said Tirado also had other videos and photos of child sexual abuse material.<\/p>\n
In addition to sexual abuse of children, Tirado is charged with possession of a prohibited firearm and criminal use of a communication facility, according to the AG\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur agents located and removed from the community a dangerous fugitive who is facing new charges for creating child sexual abuse material and for having a loaded gun while wanted by law enforcement,\u201d Attorney General Dave Sunday said.<\/p>\n
