Yolanda Hadid is giving buyers another shot at her beloved Pennsylvania lavender farm<\/a> \u2014 and this time, she\u2019s calling it fate.<\/p>\n

The former \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star quietly re-listed her sprawling 32-acre Bucks County estate near New Hope after a previous deal to sell it fell through.<\/p>\n

Hadid announced the news herself, posting a characteristically poetic Instagram caption<\/a> to her 3.6 million followers. The asking price remains the same \u2014 $10.88 million.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The property \u2014 a historic compound dating back to 1682 \u2014 had originally hit the market last September for $10.88 million before an early offer collapsed and the listing was quietly shelved <\/a>ahead of the holidays.<\/p>\n

Hadid, 61, is framing the reset as destiny rather than defeat. In her Instagram announcement, she called the deal falling apart a blessing in disguise.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the Farm fell out of escrow last year I chose to see it as a gift \u2026 more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward,\u201d Hadid wrote, adding: \u201cI trust in perfect timing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Dutch-born former supermodel purchased the estate for $4 million in 2017 \u2014 shortly after her divorce from music producer David Foster \u2014 and spent years transforming it into a family sanctuary. <\/p>\n

\u201cI probably touched every inch of the farm,\u201d she previously told the Wall Street Journal.<\/p>\n

The estate served as a refuge and rallying point for the Hadid family \u2014 supermodel daughters Bella and Gigi, both passionate equestrians, trained and rode there regularly, and the whole family reportedly sheltered in place at the farm during the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020, planting lavender rows and distilling homemade oil together.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,\u201d Gigi told Elle in 2019.<\/p>\n

Hadid has signaled she\u2019s not going far. She\u2019s already secured a $4.25 million mansion nearby<\/a> \u2014 reportedly undergoing a top-to-bottom gut renovation \u2014 keeping her close to Gigi, granddaughter Khai, and Gigi\u2019s boyfriend Bradley Cooper, who scooped up his own $6.5 million gentleman\u2019s farm in the area back in 2023, The Post previously reported.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

New Hope has become something of a celebrity enclave in recent years, with Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Sydney Sweeney, Taylor Swift and Julianne Moore among those spotted in the upscale Bucks County borough.<\/p>\n

As for the lavender farm, Hadid says the magic remains \u2014 and she wants the next chapter to honor it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis kind of magic, you don\u2019t own \u2014 you simply get to be a part of its story,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

The listing is held by Carl Gambino, of the Gambino Group at Compass, and Revi Haviv of Compass New Hope.<\/p>\n
