After another week of track & field action in Pennsylvania, it’s time to vote for the MileSplit Pennsylvania girls performer of the week.<\/p>\n

The poll closes Friday at 2 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

This Week’s Nominees:<\/p>\n

Maddie Fuhrmeister<\/a>, Central Bucks West 01<\/a> (Pennsylvania): Posted a new PR of 13-6 in the pole vault at CB South at CB West, improving from 13-4.5 set last March at New Balance Nationals Indoor. Also won the high jump at 5-1 at the Central Bucks West Relays.<\/p>\n

Gwen Hamilton<\/a>, Penn Charter<\/a> (Pennsylvania): Won the 800 meters in 2:08.38 at the Penn Wood Rap Curry Invitational, topping a field of 74 runners. Followed that up with a runner-up finish in the 400 at 58.16 at Inter-Ac #2 at Springside Chestnut Hill.<\/p>\n

Kaddel Howard<\/a>, Cedar Crest 03<\/a> (Pennsylvania): Clocked 53.79 to win the 400 meters at Manheim Township HS vs Cedar Crest, posting the top mark in the state this week.<\/p>\n

Ava Flicker<\/a>, Perkiomen Valley 01<\/a> (Pennsylvania): Threw a new PR of 172-2 in the javelin at the Penn Wood Rap Curry Invitational, breaking her previous best of 164-5 set last May at the Henderson Invitational. The mark leads Pennsylvania this week.<\/p>\n

Isabella Furgison<\/a>, Selinsgrove 04<\/a> (Pennsylvania): Put up 45-6 to win the shot put at the Shippensburg 99th Roddick HS Invitational, posting the top mark in the state this week. Also won the discus at 133-10 at Shikellamy vs Selinsgrove.<\/p>\n
