(WOLF) \u2014 Pennsylvania American Water has lifted a boil water advisory that affected hundreds of customers in parts of Clarks Green and South Abington Township.<\/p>\n<p>The advisory was issued April 19 after a loss of water pressure raised concerns about possible contamination in the system. Officials say the issue has since been resolved.<\/p>\n<p>The advisory applied to customers along the following streets:<\/p>\n<p>Fairview RoadNorth Abington RoadOld Orchard RoadGreenbriar DriveBelmont AvenueBrighton DriveGrayson DriveVassar AvenueYale BoulevardCornell AvenueBucknell DriveLewis LaneStarlight DriveSterling RoadAutumn CircleBirch Hill DriveSimerell RoadStevenson RoadAbbey DriveHampton DriveCrossgate DriveGatepost LanePossum WayRabbit RunPine View CircleSquirrel RunVenard RoadPheasant RunCardinal LaneFox Hill RoadQuail Hollow DriveFairfield CircleEpirus HillBrookview LaneSaddle Loop RoadLaconia CircleElaine\u2019s CircleFrench Manor RoadMaggie\u2019s RoadApplewood Acres<\/p>\n<p>Water samples collected April 19 and 20 tested within acceptable limits, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has approved lifting the advisory.<\/p>\n<p>Comment with Bubbles<\/p>\n<p>BE THE FIRST TO COMMENT<\/p>\n<p>Customers in the affected areas can resume normal water use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SOUTH ABINGTON TWP., LACKAWANNA CO.
