Yolanda Hadid\u2019s sprawling Pennsylvania home farm is back on the market. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is hoping to find a buyer for her 3,400-square-foot Bucks County estate in Solebury after a previous sale fell through. It\u2019s listed again at $10.88 million, matching its initial asking price<\/a> from September 2025.<\/p>\n

Hadid confirmed the relisting<\/a> on Instagram and described the change as a fresh start rather than a setback. \u201cWhen the Farm fell out of escrow last year I chose to see it as a gift \u2026 more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,\u201d she wrote. \u201cTo keep the magic alive, I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hadid bought the estate in 2017 for $4 million after her divorce from music producer David Foster. The property has a long history, dating back to 1682 when William Penn deeded the land to Nicholas Waln, according to Gambino Group, which holds the listing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The main structure is a three-story 1810 stone farmhouse with three bedrooms, five baths, and five fireplaces, which Hadid renovated. There are also three guest cottages and an 8,000-square-foot converted barn with 14 horse stalls. Additionally, the listing highlights a pool, a meditation labyrinth, and lavender fields spanning 32 acres.<\/p>\n

For years, the property has been a family getaway for Hadid and her children, including models Gigi and Bella Hadid, who share a passion for horseback riding. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the farm became their main home. \u201cThis kind of magic, you don\u2019t own, you simply get to be a part of its story,\u201d Hadid said of the estate in her Instagram post.<\/p>\n
