Former reality TV star Yolanda Hadid<\/a> has relisted her family’s sprawling Pennsylvania farm<\/a> for $10.88 million\u2014several months after the picturesque property “fell out of escrow<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Hadid, 62, took to Instagram<\/a> to share the news of the relisting, while revealing how the failed sale of the Bucks County<\/a> dwelling was actually something of a gift, enabling her to spend more time soaking up the natural beauty of the property, while adding a very special feature for its future owner. <\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve always been the hardest worker in the room but this land has taught me how to slow down, heal from Chronic Lyme and truly appreciate all Mother Nature has to offer,” she wrote, while sharing a series of images and videos of herself in and around the home. <\/p>\n

“When the Farm fell out of escrow last year i chose to see it as a gift … more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning. To keep the magic alive, I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward.”<\/p>\n

She concluded her post: “Today after a long winter I open the doors again … with gratitude in my heart for all it has given me and my family. I trust in perfect timing. This kind of magic, you don\u2019t own, you simply get to be a part of its story…”<\/p>\n

The extraordinary farm was first put on the market by the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star at the end of September\u2014eight years after she bought it.<\/p>\n

Hadid has been incredibly candid about her emotional connection to the property, explaining in a previous statement that she stumbled across it during a particularly difficult time in her life, having spent years struggling with grueling symptoms caused by her Lyme disease diagnosis. She knew instantly that it would provide the “sanctuary” she was seeking.<\/p>\n

“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” she explained. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland.<\/p>\n

“When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love. … There were no gates at that time, so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway. The energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”<\/p>\n

As it turns out, the dwelling\u2014which is listed with\u00a0Carl Gambino<\/a>\u00a0of the Gambino Group at Compass\u00a0and\u00a0Revi Haviv<\/a>\u00a0at Compass\u2014would also become a “safe haven” for her children as they grappled with the increasing public scrutiny prompted by their dizzying rise to global superstardom.<\/p>\n

She recalled her supermodel daughters Gigi, 30, who now owns her own home not far from the family farm, and Bella, 29, being able to escape to the property, where they could indulge in their love of horseback riding away from the cameras\u2014without ever traveling too far from\u00a0New York<\/a>\u00a0City, where much of their work was based.<\/p>\n

“Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers,” she shared.<\/p>\n

The property became what Yolanda described as a “safe haven” for herself, her daughters, and their brother,\u00a0Anwar, 26, all of whom were raised in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

“It truly is a slice of heaven, a sanctuary, and our safe haven,” the mother of three shared about the property.<\/p>\n

The home’s original listing further emphasized the feeling of safety and security that the family has enjoyed during the eight years that they have owned the property, noting that the equestrian estate also gave them a sanctuary where they were able to spend time together during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

“For the Hadid family, the farm became a safe haven: a place where barefoot planting in the mud during lockdown turned into lifelong memories, where music was recorded in the barn, and where horseback rides through lavender fields offered escape from the pressures of global careers,” it stated.<\/p>\n

“Holidays by the fire, family dinners farm-to-table, and serene moments of reflection made this estate more than a home; it became a sanctuary of love, healing, and heritage. Now offered for the first time in nearly a decade, The Yolanda Hadid Family Farm is ready for its next custodians.<\/p>\n

“A rare combination of history, wellness, equestrian living, and celebrity legacy, it is truly a slice of heaven in Bucks County.”<\/p>\n

Interestingly, however, the latest listing makes no mention of the Hadid family, instead calling attention to the property’s rich history. <\/p>\n

“An extraordinary Solebury estate harbors more than three centuries of history, beauty, and preservation,” it notes. <\/p>\n

“First deeded in 1682 by William Penn to Nicholas Waln, the land remained untouched until 1713, when wheelwright John Skelton purchased it for forty-six pounds. By 1832, the Bucks County Intelligencer described it as ‘a splendid Bucks County farm,’ and nearly two centuries later it remains just that\u2014an iconic farmstead where heritage, nature, and refined living converge.” <\/p>\n

In the years since it was last put on the market, Yolanda has transformed the property in more ways than one, helping to restore its rolling fields of lavender, while overseeing a complete redesign of several of the structures that sit on its picturesque land.<\/p>\n

“Restoring the farm has been a labor of love,” she previously told Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the estate is a three-bedroom stone farmhouse that was built in 1810 but has been extensively renovated with a “modern European” aesthetic.<\/p>\n

The home’s interiors were, according to information shared with Realtor.com, designed entirely by Yolanda and elegantly blend “historic character with bright, functional, and modern finishes.”<\/p>\n

In addition to its three bedrooms, the main residence boasts several “gracious living and dining spaces” as well as five fireplaces that help to give it a “warm” feeling throughout.<\/p>\n

There are three additional residences on the property: a two-bedroom, one-bathroom abode known as Lavender Cottage; a one-bedroom, one-bathroom dwelling called Corn Crib Cottage; and the Carriage House, which also features one bedroom and one bathroom.<\/p>\n

All three additional structures have their own full kitchen. The properties were renovated by Yolanda to provide each of her children with their own space whenever they were staying with her.<\/p>\n

“Having three absolutely chic and gorgeous carriage houses on the estate is incredibly unique,” Haviv noted. “The versatility of the structures lends itself to such a wide range of uses, and they are conveniently\u00a0finished with the utmost fashion.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a stone barn that was built in 1776 and was initially used as a “working agricultural structure” has been turned into an 8,000-square-foot “entertainment space and gym.” Also, an additional flat barn has been completely rebuilt and now serves as a professional equestrian facility.<\/p>\n

The external equestrian spaces have been, Yolanda previously revealed, a “favorite place” for Gigi and Bella to ride their horses.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere on the picture-perfect land, visitors will find a resort-style pool, a restored springhouse that has been converted into a “wine and lavender oil cellar for quiet evenings watching the sunset,” a “meditation labyrinth,” and bountiful vegetable gardens\u2014in addition to several acres of lavender fields.<\/p>\n

Many of those lavender plants were installed by Yolanda and her children during the pandemic lockdown, with the former Bravo star revealing on Instagram in May 2020 that they had finished adding more than 3,000 plants to the land, while sharing images of the process.<\/p>\n

“This is a luxury turnkey farm property that offers everything one could ask for: private, picturesque country land, an incredible stone bank barn in perfect condition, three fashionable guest cottages, a charming historic stone farmhouse, lavender\u00a0fields, equestrian ring, and more,” Haviv said of the property.<\/p>\n

“The best way I can describe\u00a0the estate is that you literally feel like you are living in a real-life dream.”<\/p>\n

While Hadid also owns a sprawling estate in Texas<\/a>, it’s understood that she plans to maintain a dwelling in the New Hope area, with Page Six<\/a>\u00a0previously reporting that she had purchased a new, smaller abode in the same neighborhood\u2014a 7,700-square-foot mansion that was touted as offering the “utmost sophistication and privacy,” and was last purchased in July 2025 for $4.25 million.<\/p>\n

Despite that property being offered with a newly renovated interior courtesy of famed designer\u00a0Timothy Summers Bailey, the outlet reported that Hadid was carrying out a significant overhaul of her new home, which one neighbor said involved “ripping out floors, lighting, fixtures.”<\/p>\n

“People are driving by and picking up all the unused designer cast-offs in her trash,” one so-called spy told the publication anonymously. “It’s a small town. People are talking.”<\/p>\n

Hadid has long had a passion for interior design, revealing in a 2024 interview with Architectural Digest<\/a> how she carefully overhauled her Texas ranch, where she had previously lived with her former fianc\u00e9, Joseph Jingoli, whom she split from in January 2025. <\/p>\n

Hadid, who was previously married to real estate developer\u00a0Mohamed Hadid<\/a>, before going on to tie the knot with music producer\u00a0David Foster, explained in a video tour for the outlet that she designed every element of the home herself, creating a modern cowboy ranch that features a wild spread of amenities.<\/p>\n

“My overall vision for this house was industrial, modern, enjoying life, put your boots up on the table, and just enjoy this beautiful Texas,” she said.<\/p>\n
