The city council voted unanimously on Tuesday to put <a data-yga=\"{\" ylinkelement=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/articles\/lawmakers-hold-public-reading-move-030858284.html\" data-ylk=\"elm:link;elmt:article_link;slk:the proposed ordinance;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the proposed ordinance<\/a> on hold.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Kratom is an herbal supplement you can buy at gas stations and smoke shops.
