BETHEL TWP., Pa. \u2013 Several people are hurt after a car crash on I-78 in Berks County.<\/p>\n
State police say it happened just after 11 p.m. in Bethel Township.<\/p>\n
The crash involved multiple cars and closed down the eastbound lanes between Exits 13 and 16 for several hours.<\/p>\n
They have since reopened.<\/p>\n
State police say multiple people had to be transported to area hospitals.<\/p>\n
The severity of their injuries is not known at this time.<\/p>\n
