Police say the killers then allegedly tried to burn the SUV before fleeing the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">It happened in the back alley behind homes along the 4300 block of Malta Street at 12:30 a.m. on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Police say the 45-year-old victim was shot in the back of the head.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Action News has been told surveillance video shows two suspects exiting the vehicle before running off.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The victim&#8217;s wife contacted police out of concern when he did not pick her up from work, as planned.
