BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. – An industrial valve-maker has a new landlord in Northampton County.<\/p>\n
County property records show J.G Petrucci Company of Asbury, New Jersey, recently purchased\u00a0a 54,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 2801 Baglyos Circle in Bethlehem Township.<\/p>\n
The facility is the home base of Strahman Group, which\u00a0makes industrial valves, washdown equipment and other products for a number of industries, including pharmaceutical, oil and gas, food and beverage, and textile.<\/p>\n
Strahman was founded in 1921 in New York City\u00a0by brothers\u202fTheodore and Herman Strahman. The company relocated to New Jersey in 1958, and then to Bethlehem Township in 2006. It was acquired by\u00a0Flow Control Holdings in 2023.<\/p>\n

According to property records, Petrucci (via an LLC) paid Strahman Industries $6 million for the property. The sale was recorded on April 14.<\/p>\n
The Petrucci company referenced the purchase on its website, noting that it’s one of six properties in eastern Pennsylvania acquired so far in 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis group of acquisitions adds a healthy mix of building sizes, tenancy, and functionality to our portfolio. That balance is important to us, and it positions us well to meet a wide range of demands,\u201d said Joe Petrucci, a company project executive, in a news release posted on the website.<\/p>\n
The other properties are:\u00a02990 Bergey Road in Hatfield Township; 3935 S. Rabold Circle in Bethlehem Township, the headquarters for ArtSkills; 5275 W. Coplay Road in Whitehall Township; 6500 Chapmans Road in Upper Macungie Township; and 1841 Vultee Street in Allentown, a warehouse leased to Beacon Sales, a distributor of roofing and building materials.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. – An industrial valve-maker has a new landlord in Northampton County.
