According to state police, the incident occurred on March 28 in Tredyffrin Township, about 10 minutes west of King of Prussia.Police said 51-year-old Roberto Morel, 38-year-old Terrell Adams, and 21-year-old Tuften Green followed a victim while flashing red and blue lights to make them pull over. When the victim became suspicious, Green shot the victim in the chest, and then multiple shots were fired as the victim drove away, according to police. A female passenger and a 3-year-old child were also in the car at the time, police said.
