A whodunit in Scranton<\/p>\n

Diva Theater tackles tough stories<\/p>\n

The community troupe Diva Theater is producing William Mastrosimone\u2019s play \u201cExtremities\u201d on Friday through Sunday and the following weekend. The play looks at a woman who gets the upper hand on an attacker and includes difficult material. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays. General admission: $15. Olympic skaters perform<\/p>\n

Olympic medalists and other top ice skaters will perform Friday at the Mohegan Arena in Wilkes-Barre Twp. Knoebels Amusement Resort opens<\/p>\n

Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg opens its centennial season Saturday and Sunday. Its modern roller coasters win awards and its vintage carousels are painstakingly preserved.
