It drops you right off down at the square. You get off the bus and walk right over to the event.\u201dEach shuttle starts at a different park and ride location around the city and ends up on Federal Street by PNC Park. Every shuttle arrives at its locations within 15 minutes of one another. \u201cI had very minimal wait times,\u201d Steele said. \u201cThey navigated the city very well. On the way there, it took about 45 minutes in the morning. On the way back, it was about 30 minutes. They had plenty of people out there volunteering and directing. I was very impressed.\u201d Steele said she heard that same sentiment throughout the day on Thursday. \u201cI talked to a lot of people from New York down to North Carolina,\u201d she said. \u201cThey all talked about how easy it is to navigate.\u201dFrancis Hodge heard the same thing heading into Friday. \u201cI heard so many good things about it yesterday,\u201d he said. \u201cSo, I wanted to try it for myself.\u201d He, like many local residents, had hesitations about the system. \u201cI didn\u2019t want to get caught in the traffic because sometimes the gridlock around here is crazy,\u201d he said. \u201cI was also really worried about paying for parking down there. So, when we found out that there was this shuttle, I thought that was the best way to do it.\u201dVisitors from out of town thought the same thing. \u201cIt was so easy and so quick,\u201d said Jay Kranchalk, a Steelers fan from North Carolina. \u201cYou\u2019ll always be concerned when you\u2019re stepping into something new. It really has worked well for us.
