WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – Two neighborhoods, two armed FBI raids.<\/p>\n

It all went down in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

An FBI spokesperson says agents were conducting court authorized law enforcement activity, but wouldn’t say what kind of activity.<\/p>\n

State police confirm they provided support personnel.<\/p>\n

Julie Fedon lives near the 2100 block of Columbia Avenue where one of the raids happened.<\/p>\n

She says around noon she heard someone on the loudspeaker.<\/p>\n

“I heard my muffled bullhorn come out of the house, and I looked out the window up that way and I saw the agents, it looked like they had FBI on their vests,” Fedon said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Neighbors say they saw two women and a young man come out of the house, but don’t know what became of them.<\/p>\n

Hours later, agents continue to go in and out of the house.<\/p>\n

About a half-mile away, over on 3rd Street, a similar scene played out.<\/p>\n

“I was like what the heck is going on over here,” said Jerry Weed.<\/p>\n

Weed lives near 3rd Street. He says he was surprised to see FBI agents flood the street.<\/p>\n

He shot this video of armed personnel after he heard a loud boom.<\/p>\n

“When I saw the heavy police presence and them redirecting traffic and even the neighbors we like they just went into that how and I was like oh my gosh,” said Weed.<\/p>\n

The FBI has not said why it raided the two homes or if there were any arrests.<\/p>\n
