Daniel Deasy (D-27), aims to combat drink spiking by establishing a task force.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palegis.us\/house\/co-sponsorship\/memo?memoID=47603\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:memo;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">memo<\/a>, the task force would review and assess the safety and health shortfalls related to drink spiking, provide legislative recommendations and intervention techniques, and train employees who serve drinks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a href=\"#sailthru-signup-widget\" data-ylk=\"slk:Close;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Close<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Thanks for signing up!<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Watch for us in your inbox.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Subscribe Now<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The task force would report to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board\u2019s Bureau of Alcohol Education, which will, in turn, create a training program to accompany the Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) that licensee managers will be required to complete, per the memo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">State Rep.
