A man was badly hurt after a shooting in North Philly on Monday evening, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. <\/p>\n
Officers were called to the intersection of North 22nd and West Lippincott streets just before 7 p.m. after reports of gunfire, police said. <\/p>\n
When they got to the scene, they said they found a 35-year-old man who was shot several times throughout his body. <\/p>\n
The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was placed in extremely critical condition, police said. <\/p>\n
Investigators explained that no one has been arrested yet and the motive for this shooting remains unknown. <\/p>\n
