Erie\u2019s bayfront is anticipating a new addition pending approval from the Erie City Council.<\/p>\n

Scott Enterprises is seeking approval to enter the second phase of its Harbor Place development.<\/p>\n

Bayfront development \u2014 Scott Enterprises seeks city approval for waterfront hotel <\/a><\/p>\n

A plan that\u2019s been in the works for over a decade, all in an effort to make Erie\u2019s bayfront more accessible<\/p>\n

This phase includes a proposed eight-story AC Marriott hotel on East Front Street along the waterfront.<\/p>\n

Last month, Erie City Council held a public hearing on the project and pm Thursday they\u2019re expected to vote on the zoning request at a special meeting\u2026.<\/p>\n
