PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) \u2014 In a chaotic scene outside of a Center City charter school Wednesday afternoon, a driver was caught on video slamming into another vehicle. A pedestrian was struck as well, according to witnesses with their condition currently unknown.<\/p>\n
Videos obtained by KYW Newsradio show a Dodge Durango traveling westbound along Lombard Street and running a red light at 15th Street. The vehicle appeared to be speeding, and ran a red light at 16th and Lombard streets, before hitting a Range Rover traveling northbound.<\/p>\n
The Range Rover lost control and hit a pedestrian crossing the street, knocking her to the ground. Bystanders went to the pedestrian\u2019s aid. Two people were also seen getting out of the Durango, running out of the frame.<\/p>\n
Philadelphia police have yet to disclose details of the incident.<\/p>\n

Mark Krull of Center City captured the collision on his cell phone.<\/p>\n
“If you slow down the video, there is a woman in white jogging pants and just before she gets hit she was hit by the Range Rover,\u201d Krull pointed out.<\/p>\n
The collision happened right outside the Independence Charter School just before 3 p.m. Students had been dismissed early, just before 2 p.m., though there were still afterschool programs going on.
