Kaleiah Connor was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn’t allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn’t given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two RBI. That’s the most RBI she has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, Sophia Deluca and Mia Tallo did most of the damage at the plate: Deluca went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Tallo got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double. That’s the most RBI Deluca has posted since back in May of 2025. Chloe D’Avella also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

West Scranton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Delaware Valley only posted an OBP of .217.

13 must be North Pocono’s lucky number: they beat Scranton Prep with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Trojans beat the Cavaliers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 13-1. The Trojans haven’t had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

West Scranton’s record is now 8-5. As for North Pocono, their record now sits at 11-4.

West Scranton might still be hurting after the 16-7 defeat they got from North Pocono in their previous meeting on April 8th. Can the Invaders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We’ll find out soon enough.
