Monday was the recommended deadline for mailing ballots for the Nov. 4 election, according to Boulder County. Voters who haven\u2019t mailed theirs yet should instead vote in person at any voter service and polling center, or use one of the county\u2019s 24-hour drop boxes to ensure their ballot is counted.<\/p>\n
