Millcreek Township Supervisors have established a new committee to help guide the township through its change in government.<\/p>\n
On Friday, the supervisors appointed seven community members to serve on the township’s transition advisory committee.<\/p>\n

Last November, Millcreek Township voters approved a resolution to change the township’s form of government.<\/p>\n
The township’s government is set to change from a three-member board of supervisors to a council made up of five part-time members, with a hired full-time manager.<\/p>\n
Voters will determine who will serves as the five council members, during next year’s election.<\/p>\n
Once elected, the council will then hire a full-time manager.<\/p>\n
