Erie teen facing attempted murder charge over alleged shots fired at gas station<\/p>\n

Erie police have charged a man with attempted murder in connection with a shooting outside an east side gas station last week.<\/p>\n

Police charged 18-year-old Na\u2019Sere McLaurin with attempted first-degree murder after he was identified in surveillance video as the suspect who allegedly fired multiple shots outside a gas station in the 2000 block of Broad Street back on April 22.<\/p>\n

According to court documents, McLaurin was seen entering the gas station shortly after 3 pm when a black car pulled up and three people got out to enter the store. But upon spotting McLaurin, got back in the car to leave.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when police said McLaurin could allegedly be seen pulling out a gun and chasing after the vehicle and firing multiple rounds.<\/p>\n

Mclaurin was taken into custody on April 29 and was later arraigned before District Justice Paul Bizzaro and is being held without bail in the Erie County Prison.<\/p>\n

No one was reportedly injured in the incident.<\/p>\n
