Armstrong is a rising junior.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback has ideal size. Armstrong is a three-sport athlete and plays high school football for Hopewell High School in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. He&#8217;s currently unranked, but that&#8217;s bound to change soon. In addition to football, Armstrong also plays baseball and basketball.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Armstrong posted 37 total touchdowns and three interceptions during his sophomore season. The Hopewell star had 2,350 passing yards and 760 rushing yards. He helped his team go 7-4 and missed four games.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"gnt_em_img_i\" style=\"height:441px\" fetchpriority=\"high\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/89853571007-usatsi-27069388.jpg\" data-gl- decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Hopewell quarterback James Armstrong releases a pass downfield\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Armstrong is capable of extending plays with his legs. He&#8217;s a dual-threat quarterback that can deliver accurate deep balls and make defenders miss in the open field.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The elite quarterback prospect has plenty of scholarship offers on the table.
