VisitErie kicks off National Travel and Tourism Week at Erie Zoo<\/p>\n

For National Travel and Tourism Week, VisitErie is touring all around Erie for the next seven days to showcase what the region has to offer.<\/p>\n

As a partner of VisitErie, the Erie Zoo kicked off the first day of open houses with free admission and a variety of activities for guests to enjoy.<\/p>\n

VisitErie showcasing local tourism attractions for National Travel and Tourism Week <\/a><\/p>\n

From a chance to get up close and personal with the rhinos to a meet and greet with an armadillo, visitors and locals got to experience the zoo from a new angle.<\/p>\n

Organizers said this week is a chance to showcase and explore the hidden gems within Erie.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo it\u2019s just really great to share what all there is in Erie for locals to support, but also to share what people who are traveling to support,\u201d said Hali Hartley, the lead manager of PR, marketing, & events.<\/p>\n

On Monday, VisitErie will welcome guests to Mazza Vineyards for a behind-the-scenes wine tasting event.<\/p>\n
