It has great events, great people and great vibes, and now we\u2019re going to be in the middle of it all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lauer established Tia B\u2019s in spring 2022 with a single food trailer, and a second Tia B\u2019s mobile unit was added to the operation in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Lauer and Quintile operated a former brick-and-mortar location of Tia B\u2019s for a couple of years in Glen Gardner, New Jersey before closing that eatery in December to prepare for the new Easton spot.<\/p>\n<p>Lauer and Quintile recently moved to Palmer Township from Glen Gardner, and they found downtown Easton\u2019s vibrant business scene to be a perfect spot for Tia B\u2019s new homebase.<\/p>\n<p>                        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAQAAAADCAQAAAAe\/WZNAAAAEElEQVR42mM8U88ABowYDABAxQPltt5zqAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==\" alt=\"tia b 3.jpg\" class=\"img-responsive lazyload full blur\" width=\"1977\" height=\"1049\" data- data-\/><\/p>\n<p>             <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/69fa356019d1f.image.jpg\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"106\" width=\"200\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Tia B\u2019s Street Tacos operates at 118 Northampton St. in downtown Easton.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Ryan Kneller<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had sold our house in Glen Gardner and were looking for another house, but it was so difficult to find anything in New Jersey, and so we thought, \u2018Let\u2019s just take a peek over in the Easton area,\u2019\u201d Lauer said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe happened to find a lovely house in Palmer and decided this is where we want to be. We then learned that there was this commercial space in Easton that was available, and things just kind of quickly happened from there. So, we\u2019ll have our new shop in Easton, and we\u2019ll also still have our food trucks.
