Third St. in Bethlehem, co-owner Erin Shea said. It has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/17W2aUiNUk\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">been closed<\/a> since a May 2025 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2025\/05\/02\/south-bethlehem-apartment-fire-510-flats\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">fire at the complex<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Shea, who owns Mr. Lee\u2019s with her husband Lee Chizmar, said they mostly experienced water damage that forced them to fix walls and utilities.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is physically good to go, Shea added, after the city gave them the certificate of occupancy.
