He was possibly wearing a faded black hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, black sneakers with red straps, and carrying a black military style backpack with a Puerto Rican Flag patch and his name on it, according to a release from the police.<\/p>\n<p>Officers say he has vision impairment and is a fall risk.<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: As of Wednesday, May 6, Cruz has been found, according to police.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"WEST LAWN, Pa. &#8211; The Spring Township Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing person.
