{"id":186287,"date":"2026-05-07T15:03:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T15:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/186287\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T15:03:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T15:03:30","slug":"suspect-sought-after-woman-attacked-at-store-in-university-city-nbc10-philadelphia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/186287\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspect sought after woman attacked at store in University CIty \u2013 NBC10 Philadelphia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Police have shared surveillance footage in the hopes of finding a man who could be seen on camera attacking a woman at a store along Market Street in University City on April 22, 2026.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcphiladelphia.com\/video\/news\/local\/video-man-attacks-woman-inside-store-in-university-city\/4398407\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nbcphiladelphia.com\/video\/news\/local\/video-man-attacks-woman-inside-store-in-university-city\/4398407\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Officials posted the footage online on Thursday morning.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to police, the video depicts an attack that happened on April 22, 2026, at a store along the 4000 block of Market Street in the University City section of West Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>As can be seen in the footage, a man follows a woman into the shop and appears to be arguing with her.
