He struck her in the face and attempted to bite her. The victim pushed Lugo away and fled.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 165 pounds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Justin Deutsch\" width=\"300\" data- src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/REG-L-wanted-02.jpg\" data-attachment-id=\"5712520\" \/>Justin Deutsch<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Justin Deutsch, 28, whose last known address was in Zion Grove, Schuylkill County, is wanted on bad checks charges.<\/p>\n<p>Northern Berks Regional police said he used a bad check to purchase $932 worth of stone on Dec. 8.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 170 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about these fugitives is urged to contact the warrants division of the sheriff\u2019s department at 610-478-6390.
