BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 Two men are in custody after an undercover operation in which Bensalem Police confiscated guns and drugs.<\/p>\n

Police said that members of its Police Special Investigations Unit identified Keehmon Herring, 29, of Philadelphia, PA, as a suspected drug dealer.<\/p>\n

On Monday, an undercover officer arranged with Herring to buy two pounds of marijuana. The sale went down on Tuesday after Herring showed up in a black SUV, driven by Zymir Randall, 25, of Glenolden, police said.<\/p>\n

Police said Herring approached the undercover officer carrying a black bag while Randall stood on lookout.<\/p>\n

Several police officers swarmed in and took Herring into custody without incident.<\/p>\n

Bensalem Police confiscated two large clear baggies of suspected marijuana that tested positive for THC. They also found other drug paraphernalia in Herring’s pockets.<\/p>\n

Randall, who had ducked into a nearby business, was arrested by police.<\/p>\n

Police towed the black SUV and obtained a search warrant. Police recovered a silver .380 caliber automatic pistol along with additional Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police also found out that Randall was prohibited from possessing a firearm and was on federal parole on a previous gun charge.<\/p>\n

Randall was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm, Firearms Carried without a License, and other narcotics violations. <\/p>\n

He was arraigned by District Justice Kevin Wagner and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $1.5 million bail.<\/p>\n

Herring was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. <\/p>\n

He was also arraigned by District Justice Kevin Wagner and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $300,000 bail.<\/p>\n
