BETHLEHEM, Pa. \u2013 A restaurant serving made-to-order burritos, quesadillas, tacos and more has ended operations.<\/p>\n

A Bethlehem location of Moe\u2019s Southwest Grill abruptly closed earlier this week at 3211 Schoenersville Road.<\/p>\n

A Moe\u2019s representative did not return a message seeking comment on the development, including a reason for the closure.<\/p>\n

The Bethlehem eatery opened in 2012 in the Schoenersville Centre and was the first Lehigh Valley location of Moe\u2019s.<\/p>\n

The former restaurant\u2019s space, totaling 2,962 square feet, is now available for lease, and prospective tenants can reach out to Michael Makhoul, a realtor with The James Balliet Property Group, at 610-390-3839.<\/p>\n

Moe\u2019s Southwest Grill, founded in 2000 and based in Atlanta, is a fast-casual restaurant franchise serving \u201chigh quality and fresh southwestern food,\u201d according to a company description.<\/p>\n

Guests can customize their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, nachos and more by choosing from more than 20 fresh ingredients.<\/p>\n

Moe\u2019s has over 550 locations in 35 states and across two countries and territories. Select locations offer catering and free chips and salsa with the purchase of an entree.<\/p>\n

Other regional Moe\u2019s locations continue to operate in Palmer Township, South Whitehall Township, Wyomissing and Stroud Township.<\/p>\n
