Erie Water Works marked the milestone Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony highlighting improvements aimed at strengthening the area\u2019s water infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, Erie Water Works CEO Craig Palmer emphasized that the project represents years of planning and investment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis has been a long time coming,\u201d Palmer said, noting the importance of modernizing essential systems to meet growing demand and ensure long-term reliability.<\/p>\n<p>The upgraded station now features a completely new pump system, including multiple pumps designed to improve efficiency and maintain consistent water pressure.
