State and local police across the region are continuing a crackdown on suspected prostitution activity, often operating under the guise of health spas or massage parlors.<\/p>\n
Millcreek police stated they worked with county detectives on the latest arrest at Lucy Spa, located in a plaza along West 26th Street near Legion Road.<\/p>\n
According to court records, 55-year-old Hui Hong faces several charges, including felony counts of promoting or owning a house of prostitution, living off the earnings of prostitution, and dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity.<\/p>\n
Hong was arrested late last week and was unable to post $150,000 bond.<\/p>\n
