The Bayfront East Side Taskforce (BEST) will host two informational sessions as they open up bis for renovation projects in the Historic East Bayfront.<\/p>\n

Both projects will renovate two single family homes in Erie funded through a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Erie.<\/p>\n

Both projects consist of a full interior renovation of a property located at 449 East 3rd Street and at 431 Ash Street. BEST is seeking qualified contractors in construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to submit bids and complete this project.<\/p>\n

Those interested in submitting bids for these projects must attend the open house located at the properties. The first will be held at 449 East 3rd Street on May 15 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. The second open house will be held at 431 Ash Street from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on May 18.<\/p>\n

Those in attendance will receive a bid package with additional information about the renovation.<\/p>\n
