Bethlehem officials will consider this week a new Royal Farms convenience store for the city.<\/p>\n
A sketch plan for the nearly 5,200-square-foot store at 2355 Ave. A\u00a0 will go before the Bethlehem Planning Commission at 5 p.m. on Thursday, the meeting agenda said<\/a>.<\/p>\n The plan includes 12 fuel pumps under a 4,581-square-foot canopy, 43 off-street parking spaces, a dumpster enclosure and underground stormwater management facilities.<\/p>\n Royal Farms owner Two Farms Inc. purchased the property in 2019 for $4.5 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n The chain originally intended to open its first Lehigh Valley location at the former Brass Rail restaurant at 3015 Lehigh St. in Allentown, but a Wawa<\/a> opened there instead earlier this year after the potential sale with Royal Farms fell through<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Bethlehem officials will consider this week a new Royal Farms convenience store for the city.
