So, we have neighborhoods that are right for redevelopment, right for investment, and one of the jobs that PINN is doing is attempting to sort of raise the investment necessary to beautify these neighborhoods and prevent them falling into blight,\u201d said Seth Trott, president of PINN.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">While PINN only focuses on one area, Millcreek officials said the position is to build community planning for the entire township.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
