In Lower Macungie, the Wrecsicses plan to expand on the menu that\u2019s available at the Slatington Farmers Market by adding some more breakfast and lunch options and also introducing a wide array of dinner entrees, Michael said.<\/p>\n
Guests can expect premium steaks and seafood platters, including crab cakes, broiled haddock, tilapia, flounder, T-bone steaks, New York strip steaks, \u201cland a sea\u201d combinations, shrimp scampi, chicken fettuccine alfredo and Tuscany steak with cheese tortellini and sun-dried tomatoes, Michael said.<\/p>\n
Hours also will expand at the Lower Macungie location, with the restaurant operating 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, Michael said.<\/p>\n
At the Slatington Farmers Market, The 3W Eatery is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ll be offering the same fresh food that we\u2019ve become known for,\u201d Michael said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat we\u2019ve tried to instill at the farmers market is that more than 90% of our food is homemade from scratch \u2013 not frozen food that\u2019s reheated. And we have a little something on the menu for everyone. We\u2019re not quite a diner, but we\u2019re also not quite a fancy restaurant either. We\u2019re just your friendly, casual eatery \u2013 a place to grab a quick bite, hang out for a bit with family or friends, whatever you want.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Wrecsicses, seasoned professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, have developed a unique menu of specialty burgers, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, wraps, subs and more.<\/p>\n
The business\u2019 top seller is its classic cheesesteak, with shaved ribeye, grilled onions and American cheese, and more than a half dozen specialty cheesesteaks \u2013 including mushroom, pizza and \u201cDub\u201d (American cheese, grilled onions and banana peppers), are also popular, Michael said.<\/p>\n
\u201cPeople really love our garlic bread cheesesteak, which is on a garlic bread roll and toasted, as well as our \u2018Valley Cheesesteak,\u2019 which is kind of a California-style cheesesteak, and we plan to call that our \u201cBrookside Cheesesteak\u201d at our new spot.\u201d<\/p>\n
Guests also can enjoy appetizers such as beef or chicken quesadillas, loaded fresh-cut fries, mac and cheese balls, fried pickle chips and bone-in wings; wraps such as Buffalo chicken, turkey club, Italian and bang bang shrimp; and specialty sandwiches such as French dip, chicken finger parm and a \u201cDouble Dub Pierogi Grilled Cheese\u201d (two deep-fried, homemade pierogies between toasted Texas toast with American cheese).<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also do a South Philly po\u2019boy, which is roast beef, sauteed onions and peppers and a horseradish mayo on an everything roll or sesame seed roll from Egypt Star [Bakery],\u201d Michael said. \u201cIt\u2019s topped with provolone cheese and toasted in the oven.\u201d<\/p>\n
Other menu highlights include homemade empanadas, tacos, hot dogs and subs.<\/p>\n
The 3W Eatery in Washington Township has also become known for its breakfast options, including egg, meat and cheese sandwiches on Vallos Kaiser rolls, which will also be offered at the new location, Michael said.<\/p>\n
Other breakfast menu highlights include French toast sticks and various breakfast bowls, burritos, quesadillas and wraps.<\/p>\n
The 3W Eatery also offers rotating weekly specials, with options in recent months including Belgian waffles with fruit, chicken pot pie soup, breaded cauliflower with choice of sauce and hot open sandwiches with choice of hot roast beef, turkey, meatloaf or ham.<\/p>\n
In Lower Macungie, the restaurant plans to serve locally brewed beer and other alcoholic beverages, including Pennsylvania wine and spirits, beginning sometime this summer, Michael said.<\/p>\n

For its first few months, the restaurant will operate as a BYOB establishment, Michael added.<\/p>\n
In Lower Macungie, The 3W Eatery will feature seating for around 120 guests at booths and tables with chairs on two floors, with additional seating for around 45 guests on an outdoor patio, Michael said.<\/p>\n
The upstairs dining area also will be available for private parties.<\/p>\n
At the Slatington Farmers Market, The 3W Eatery features counter seating along with additional seating at nearby tables.<\/p>\n
The Wrencsicses have been working on the Lower Macungie building for the past three months, adding updates such as new furniture, kitchen equipment and wall paint, Michael said.<\/p>\n
Prior to Casa Catrina opening, the Lower Macungie structure was also home to other dining establishments, including Don Juan Mex Grill and Stoned Crab.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have been working on the space since February,\u201d Michael added.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe made everything crisp and clean. The walls are white on the top and black on the bottom, with accents of red throughout. The motif is kind of rustic with a modern touch.\u201d<\/p>\n
