Masks also will be available on site.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1959\" data-start=\"1642\">Councilmembers Kendra Brooks and Rue Landau, Philadelphia Parks &amp; Recreation and the city\u2019s Office of Special Events are partnering on this year\u2019s event alongside several regional health and disability advocacy organizations, including Disability Rights PA, Inglis and the Ryan Shazier Fund for Spinal Rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"2121\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"1961\">The event is free and open to the public.
