Sparks Police have arrested a sexual assault suspect whose alleged crimes have been under investigation since 2021.<\/p>\n
Back in August of 2021, a report was filed with Sparks Police that made allegations of sexual assault being committed by Daniel Saldana-Jacinto.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The investigation revealed three victims between 10 and 13 years old when the report was filed. The investigation showed the abuse began when the victims were approximately 5 and 6 years old and continued for several years.<\/p>\n
Saldana-Jacinto is a previously convicted sex offender resulting from a 2010 conviction.<\/p>\n
As the investigation continued, police learned Saldana-Jacinto had fled the state.<\/p>\n
In January of this year, police learned that Saldana-Jacinto was living in rural Pennsylvania. Sparks Police coordinated with local police to begin surveillance and a warrant was issued.<\/p>\n
Saldana-Jacinto was arrested in a traffic stop and is currently in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition to Nevada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Sparks Police have arrested a sexual assault suspect whose alleged crimes have been under investigation since 2021.
