The Health Department lists the address as 2880 Banksville Road.<\/p>\n<p>Three of the eight total violations are considered \u201chigh-risk\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Those high-risk violations include cooked chicken 10 degrees under the safe zone for holding hot food. It was temped at 125 degrees in a metal pan on the grill.<\/p>\n<p>Chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes were measured at 70 degrees in a plastic bin on a counter.
