LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. \u2013 A Lebanon County man who authorities say threatened the lives of several Pennsylvania state lawmakers waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.<\/p>\n
Officials say Adam Berryhill, 42, posted a “hit list” and referenced a “Memorial Day Operation” on social media.<\/p>\n
The list included state Sen. Judy Schwank, who serves parts of Berks County, and Sen. Katie Muth, who represents parts of Berks, Chester and Montgomery counties.<\/p>\n
Pennsylvania State Police say they’ve addressed a breakdown in communication to alert the effected lawmakers in a timely manner, and they’re implementing changes.<\/p>\n
