WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. \u2013 Following its recent acquisition by a Florida-based real estate investment firm, a prominent shopping plaza in Whitehall Township is getting a new lease on life with a refreshed look and new crop of tenants set to fill large spaces previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond, buy buy Baby and Michaels.<\/p>\n
Whitehall Plaza, formerly known as Whitehall Mall, earlier this spring was acquired by Miami-based Mishorim Gold Properties, according to Keagan Haflich, Mishorim Gold\u2019s national property manager.<\/p>\n

Over the past few years, the more than 400,000-square-foot shopping center, at Grape Street and MacArthur Road, has seen several tenants come and go under previous owner Washington Prime Group.<\/p>\n

So, the whole place is going to get a very serious facelift \u2013 new paint job for the whole shopping center, and the interior of the mall is going to get a really big facelift as well. We don\u2019t like to waste time.
